You can return any product purchased from Votaniko within 60 days of receipt, no questions asked. Here you will find full details on eligibility, the process, shipping costs, and when you will receive your refund.
Conditions
The right of withdrawal is valid for 60 days from the date of receipt, provided that the products remain in their original factory condition, have not been opened, retain the Digestive Harmony safety seal intact, and are accompanied by the proof of purchase.
Product return process
- Submitting a withdrawal request to [email protected] stating the order number and the returned items.
- Receiving written return approval and shipping instructions to our headquarters in Kavala.
- Placing the formulations in their original packaging with seals intact and packing securely.
- Refund via bank transfer within 3-10 business days of completing the quality inspection of the returned items.
Who pays return shipping
If you received the wrong extract, or a defective or damaged bottle, we cover the full return shipping cost: we prepare a prepaid shipping label or schedule a courier pickup from your location. If you simply changed your mind, return shipping costs are your responsibility. There are no additional fees from us.
Refund timing and method
We issue your refund within 3 business days after completing the product inspection. If you chose cash on delivery, we will deposit the refund into your nominated bank account. If you paid by bank transfer, the funds will be returned to the same account. Banks typically take 1 to 5 business days to reflect the amount.

Exchanges
If you would like a different size or another herbal blend, simply follow the return steps and place a new order in our shop. We will refund the value of the original item once we receive it. If an error was made on our part, we will send the replacement order at no extra charge.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order free of charge until it departs our laboratory. Simply send us an email at [email protected] with your order number. If it has already shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process.
