The goods

Natural dietary supplements based on herbs, plant extracts, and daily wellness and nutritional support formulations. On each herb's page, we detail the ingredients, quantity, and extract format. Photos are for illustrative purposes and packaging may differ slightly.

Ordering and contract

Your order is registered once you complete checkout. We promptly send an email confirmation, and the purchase is finalized when we hand the herbs over to the courier. If an item is out of stock or details cannot be verified, we may cancel the order and immediately refund any payment made.

Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment. Payment methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before shipping so you can choose whether to proceed with it or cancel it.

Delivery

All delivery options, timeframes, and costs are detailed in the Shipping and Payment section. Responsibility for the products transfers to you once you receive your parcel.

Product images and colours

We take our own photos of the natural extracts we prepare for you. Colors on your screen may vary slightly due to lighting or display settings, which is a natural variance rather than a defect. Ingredients and quantities are clearly listed on each product page.

Transfer of risk

We take care of your parcel right up until the courier hands it to you or your designated recipient. From that point on, responsibility passes to you. If you notice any damage to the box, note it with the courier and notify us within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

You may return our products within 60 days of delivery by following the instructions on the Returns page. A statutory warranty of product conformity is provided in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code and Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection for defective batches or damage prior to delivery.

• Products manufactured or customized to customer specifications.
• Perishable products or goods with a short shelf life.
• Unsealed dietary supplements, herbs, or formulations whose tamper-evident safety seal has been broken, for hygiene and biosecurity reasons.
• Goods which, after delivery, by their nature are inseparably mixed with other items.
• Digital content or printed informational material that has been unsealed by the recipient.

Liability

The company's civil liability is strictly limited to replacing the defective product or refunding the amount paid for the specific order, and shall in no case exceed the amount of 100 euros. None of our terms limit the rights granted to you by law.

Age and use

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. Please take products according to the package directions, as they do not replace medical advice.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Greek Law, and the courts of Kavala have jurisdiction over any dispute. If an issue arises that we cannot resolve together, the courts of our registered seat hold jurisdiction, fully respecting the consumer rights in your country.
