Delivery of natural herbal formulations is carried out reliably and promptly across Greece. Each order is processed within one business day so that products arrive at your doorstep fresh and intact.

Delivery estimates are based on business days from dispatch. Remote areas may require an extra 1-2 days.
- We cover shipping costs for orders of €45 and above to Greece. For smaller orders, the shipping fee is €3.50.
- Your parcel usually arrives within 2-5 business days from the time it leaves our facility.
- If we receive your order before 12:00 on a business day, we prepare and dispatch it the same day.
- We accept returns within 60 days of delivery, as long as the herb remains unopened and in its original packaging.
- Payment: cash on delivery, bank transfer.
Order processing
Orders placed before 12:00 on a business day are dispatched the same day. If you order later, on a public holiday, or over the weekend, they will ship on the next business day. Once your order is placed, we immediately send you a confirmation email with your unique order number.
We use protective boxes made of recycled cardboard with internal thermal insulation and bubble wrap, while each bottle or package features a tamper-evident seal of authenticity for complete protection against vibrations, temperature shifts, and sunlight during transit.
Tracking your parcel
As soon as your order has been packed, an email and an SMS are automatically sent with the tracking number for live tracking of your parcel.
Lost or delayed parcel
If 5 business days pass without any update on your shipment's tracking, write to us at [email protected] with your order number. We will contact the courier immediately to locate your herbs. Depending on your preference, we will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund within 10 business days from the date you notify us.
Damaged on arrival
Inspect the parcel externally upon delivery by the courier, take immediate photos in case of damage or breakage, and send the material to customer support within 48 hours for an immediate free replacement.
Payment methods
We accept Cash on delivery, Bank transfer for your purchases. We will never ask for your banking passwords or card details over the phone or by email.
Delivery outside Greece
We ship our herbal preparations to select countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any customs duties or fees in your country are your responsibility.
